PTA Meetings

The following are the PTA General Meeting dates for the 2008-2009 school year:

Jan.   28, 2010           June    3, 2010

The meetings will be held from 7:30-8:30 P.M. in the cafeteria at Florence Roche. Free babysitting is available at every meeting. Come and take a chance on winning one of our great raffle prizes.

PTA Goals

In conjunction with the Massachusetts State PTA's mission, the Florence Roche & Boutwell Parents and Teachers Association's goals are:

To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spiritual education.
To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community and place of worship.
To raise the standards of home life.
To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
