TO: Local school and community organizations FROM: Dr. Alan D. Genovese RE: Distribution of information to GDRSD students
During the school year the district receives countless requests to distribute information by providing brochures and flyers to send home in student backpacks. All information approved for distribution should be from local non-profit groups or organizations and should concern matters of interest to children and/or their parents. Please remember that all flyers and brochures must be approved by the Superintendent’s office prior to distribution and must also include the following sentence: The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District approves only the distribution of this material and does not assume any liability for programs contained herein. For more information, contact the Superintendent's office at 978-448-5505, ext. 200. Items may be faxed (978-448-9402) or emailed (jcampbell@gdrsd.org) for approval. School offices will not accept information for distribution without written authorization from the Superintendent's office.
