Janice Buxton, Director of Food Services 978-448-5505 ext. 222
We are looking for substitutes to work in the cafeteria. If you would like to apply as a food service substitute, please call Janice Buxton.
Lunch Ticket Reminder
If you prepay for your child’s lunch, please check your payment carefully now that we are getting closer to the end of the year. Consider field trips and half days as well. Lunch tickets become invalid at the end of the year. Beginning on Monday May 12, we will accept prepayment for two weeks at a time (ten lunches maximum). As of Monday June 9, we will not accept any further prepayments. If you have a lunch ticket that is already prepaid past June 9, it will continue to be valid. Parents are responsible to pay in cash for lunches purchased. Also we will not allow any charging for meals the last week of school. Thank you for your corporation in this matter.

The Groton-Dunstable Lunch Program follows the recommended USDA DAILYRECOMMENDED DIETARY GUIDELINES FOR AMERICANS.
Our meals include five components: Bread, Meat or Meat Alternative, Fruit, Vegetables, and Milk. Federal Guidelines require that each child take three out of the five selections to constitute a meal.
We will still be following the Farm to School program that we started in September by offering as many fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season as possible.
We hope that you take advantage of our pre-pay program. It helps with moving the lines quickly and the children do not have to carry money every day.
